Cancellation and weather
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure (full refund).
- 50% refund if you cancel 24 to 48 hours before departure.
- No refund for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows.
- If the captain cancels for weather or sea safety, you choose a full refund or a new date.

What if the tender is late?
We plan around your ship’s actual arrival and keep a safety margin. If time becomes too short, we shorten the stops rather than risk your return.
How much does it cost?
It depends on group size and boat. Shared seats and private boats are both possible. We send a firm price before you pay.
Is the island fee included?
Usually not. Bring about 50 THB per person in cash.
