When you book, we may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, guest numbers and ages, hotel and pickup details, room number if supplied, food requirements and any notes you choose to share.
How we use it
We use these details to create your reservation, coordinate the boat operator and transfer, send pickup information, respond to support requests and handle booking changes or refunds.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are not stored by this website. Stripe may process information according to its own privacy notice and legal obligations.
Who receives booking details
Relevant details may be shared with the selected tour operator, transfer provider and service partners only when needed to deliver your trip. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
Booking information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information by emailing info@pigislandkohsamui.com Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.
