Website prices are shown in Thai baht. Shared tours are normally priced per guest; private tours are priced per boat up to the stated capacity. Any island entrance or conservation fee that must be paid locally is identified separately where applicable.
3. Changes and cancellations
Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Eligibility for a refund or date change depends on the timing of your request and the confirmed operator policy for your selected tour. We will always explain the applicable option before processing a change.
4. Weather and safety
The captain or operator makes the final decision about sea conditions and safety. When an operator cancels because the trip cannot run safely, you will be offered another date or a refund for the cancelled service. Routes and timings may change when conditions require it.
5. Guest information
You are responsible for providing accurate ages, contact details, hotel information and any medical, dietary or mobility needs that could affect the trip. A responsible adult must supervise children. Tell us before payment if anyone is pregnant, has a serious medical condition or may need special assistance.
